DAY 17 of 24 Day Challenge (JAN 24)

The world tries to mimic what is true and right but nothing can even compare to the work of God. In Exodus 7 God uses Moses and Aaron to prove to Pharoah that there is only one true God. While the magicians and sorcerers are capable of imitating supernatural abilities, this is limited as the remaining verses in the passage will demonstrate. There is a lot of deception in our world today and people can easily fall into the trap of error if they do not walk closely with Christ. Jesus even said that many would come after Him declaring that they themselves are the Messiah, claiming to be the Son of God (Matt 24:24). John the Baptist came and he announced to the world that the real Messiah had come. Jesus Christ is the only one who can reveal to us the person and work of God the Father. You can be prepared for the deceiving counterfeit tactics of the world and the devil by knowing and following the One true God presented to us from the Bible.
